Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The refund amount you're expecting

We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update within 3 business days.
